Review: ‘Harry Potter: The Exhibition’ at Fever Exhibition and Experience Centre, Brunswick (2025)

Since its launch, the exhibition dedicated to the young boy wizard (based on the hit book and film series by JK Rowling), has been seen by over 3.3 million visitors worldwide, with sold-out shows in New York, Paris, Tokyo and Philadelphia. The Melbourne edition opened in early April 2025.

Due to popular demand, it was announced last month that Harry Potter: The Exhibition at the Fever Exhibition and Experience Centre in Brunswick had been extended until 14 December 2025. As a long time Harry Potter fan, this was my third ever HP exhibition and by far the best.

Review: ‘Process Lab (Celebrating 150 years of Gilbert and Sullivan)’ at The Show Room, Melbourne (2025)

To celebrate the sesquicentenary of Gilbert and Sullivan and the ninetieth anniversary of the founding of the Gilbert and Sullivan Opera Victoria (previously the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Victoria), a special event was held last night at The Show Room (a newly opened theatre space under the spire in the Arts Centre Melbourne), as part of Process Lab—an event series bringing together creatives from the Performing Arts industry to delve into the creative process of making contemporary work.

News: Broadway Star Andy Karl to Lead ‘Beetlejuice The Musical’ in Brisbane

Australian theatre fans have chanted “Beetlejuice” three times and the most mischievous ghost in the history of musicals has responded.

Michael Cassel Group, Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures and Langley Park Productions announced today that the eight-time Tony Award-nominated hit musical Beetlejuice The Musical will return to Australia in June 2026, following an international tour.

News: The Musical Comedy ‘Pride and Prejudice* (*Sort Of)’ To Tour Australia In 2026

The five-star musical comedy sensation, Pride and Prejudice* (*sort of) is heading Down Under. The 2026 Australian tour will play at Melbourne’s Atheneum Theatre from 18 June, Sydney Opera House from 16 July, IPAC Wollongong from 2 September, Canberra Theatre Centre from 16 September and QPAC, Brisbane from 30 September.
