Rules:

  • Competition closes on Sunday February 26th at 5pm AEST.
  • Three entries (email, wordpress and facebook) allowed per person.
  • The winners will be announced on Monday February 27th, and the winners contacted. If the prizes are not claimed by Wednesday March 1st, a new winner will be chosen.
  • To claim the prize, the winner must disclose their full name. These details will only be shared with the PR agency who will organise your pass to be collected at the box office on the day of the performance.

My Coconut Journey

I’ve been reading up on the hype of coconut oil and coconut water and I must say it has me a little curious. There is so much information and testimony out there about the many benefits of coconuts. It’s apparently a very good source of moisture for your hair, skin and overall hydration. However, as you can’t believe everything you read, I decided to test it out for myself. My Turning-Thirty-Freakout

Towards the end of the year I will be thirty. Thirty. That’s three whole decades of heartbeats and 10,950 days of breathing in and out.

For someone who is approaching halfway to sixty (Eeep!) I really haven’t done all that much with my life. I know it’s all comparative, there will always be people who have accomplished more than me and there will always be people who have accomplished less but I can’t help but feel that I have come up short with where I should be at my age. Am I being too critical of myself or am I simply being realistic? Either way, as the months roll on I can’t help but look at where I am, where I have started from and wonder where I am headed.
