My Five Favourite Will Smith Songs

I’m not one of those people who listens to the same genre of music over and over again. In fact, my music is all kinds of eccentric, strange and wonderful that my shuffle mix would blow your mind. The music I listen to depends on the mood I’m in and lately its just called for classic Will Smith tunes. So here, I bring you – my five favourite Will Smith songs.

Be prepared to take a blast into the past. It’s been a while since he released a song! I’d love to see Will combine making movies and releasing songs into one again.

#5 Black Suits Coming (Nod Ya Head)

Men in Black II will never be as good as Men in Black – but I LOVE this song much more than Men in Black from the original movie. Although, MIB wins points for the dancing alien – which this video does not have – but sorry folks, I just like this song better.

#4 Switch

One of Will Smith’s last hits and one of his best. I remember this song being HUGE at the time! It is still as catching today as it was back in 2004.

#3 Wild Wild West

Okay, so let’s face it, the movie was pretty bad but without the horrid movie we would not have this amazing song. Granted, I that actually do like this movie even though I can see how terrible it is. I saw the movie three times at the cinemas as I did and will always have a crush on Kevin Kline. This song has everything.

#2 Just The Two Of Us

Does this song remind anyone else of Austin Powers – The Spy Who Shagged Me?

#1 Boom! Shake The Room

I actually never knew that Will Smith sung it until years later – I guess it was the whole “going by the fresh prince and all that” because that was before my time. This song is a classic and probably as popular in the clubs today as it was back then.
